Return & Refund

  1. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your purchase.
  2. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing to be eligible for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  3. We do not accept returned things that are sent to us without first consulting with us.
  4. For returns, please utilize a local postal courier rather than DHL or any courier that may be subject to customs duties.
  5. Returns of unused or unlike items will be subject to a shipping charge. If you want to return any damaged, defective, or erroneous things that you receive, we will cover the transportation costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible if an item is broken, damaged, or you receive the incorrect item so that we can assess the situation and correct it.

RETURN/REFUND PROCESS

  1. Please email us first at [email protected], and we will respond as quickly as possible. Please include the following information in your email: your name, order number, and reason for cancellation. We’ll start by seeing if the merchandise you received fits the return or exchange criteria.
  2. Return/exchange damaged or faulty item(s): You must include a photo/video of the broken/defective item(s) as well as a description of the problem(s) with your item. If you are unable to transmit an image, please let us know and we would be pleased to assist you.
  3. If you are entitled to return an item and need to do so, our return address is as follows: Room 802, Unit 1, Building 22, Beiliujiang Community, Yuanhui District, Luohe, Henan, 200 meters west of the intersection of Songshan South Road and Liujiang Road. Please send us a tracking number via email at [email protected] after you’ve sent your goods.

  4. Please return your things within 30 days after getting the return address we provided. After 30 days, items are no longer available for exchange or refund.

  5. Once your package has arrived at our facility it will take a 3-7 days for us to process your request. During this period our warehouse staff will verify and account for everything you have sent us. As soon as we get a confirmation from our warehouse, we will get in touch with you via email to confirm we have received your return and finalize the process. You can get the refund in 7-14 days. If you didn’t get it, we suggest you can check with your bank first, if there has any problem, please contact with us by email.
